About this tour
This session is a short look at Santorini from its viewpoints, moving between the caldera rim above Fira and the quieter village of Imerovigli. Both stops look down into the flooded volcanic crater left by the island's Bronze Age eruption, from two very different crowds and angles. The guide explains what changes about each view through the day.
After a brief sound check the call moves straight between the two viewpoints, with time along the way for questions about timing and light. It runs shorter than the other Santorini sessions, built for a quick look rather than a full walk.
This suits someone deciding when to visit a viewpoint on their own trip, or anyone who wants a few minutes above the caldera without the crowd noise. It also works as a short break for anyone missing the view.

Itinerary
-
Welcome and sound check 5 min
The guide joins the video call, checks the picture and sound with you, and gives you a quick sense of Santorini before heading out.
-
Fira caldera rim 21 min
The camera looks out from the rim of the flooded volcanic crater formed by the Bronze Age eruption, with Fira's white buildings dropping away below, and the guide names the best hour for this exact view.
-
Imerovigli 21 min
In the quieter village between Fira and Oia, the camera finds a bend with caldera views and none of the crowds, and the guide explains why locals prefer this stretch for a walk.
-
Your questions 9 min
Time to ask anything about Santorini: prices, safety, food, or whatever you are curious about.
-
A short list to keep 4 min
Before you go, the guide sums up with a few things worth remembering: a dish to try: Assyrtiko wine and Imerovigli, worth a slower look.

How reviews work
Only travellers who booked and paid through Locals Guide and whose tour took place can leave a review, within 60 days of the tour. Every review is marked "Verified booking". We check reviews before they appear and publish positive and negative ones alike; we remove only reviews that break our rules (insults, personal data, unrelated content). Guides cannot pay for, edit or hide reviews, and ratings are the plain average of all published reviews.
