About this tour
This short session covers the old port in Chora, the departure point for boats crossing to the ancient sanctuary island of Delos. Ariadni explains what made Delos sacred to the ancient Greeks and why, unlike Mykonos, no one was allowed to be born or die there. The camera takes in both the working harbour and the view across the water toward the island itself.
Ariadni checks her connection at the harbour edge before walking along the quay, pointing out the different boats moored there. She answers questions about Delos and the crossing as she goes. A short list of facts about the island follows by message after the call.
This suits travellers deciding whether to make the crossing to Delos themselves, or wanting the history before or after a visit. It also works well as a short morning session before a longer day.

How reviews work
Only travellers who booked and paid through Locals Guide and whose tour took place can leave a review, within 60 days of the tour. Every review is marked "Verified booking". We check reviews before they appear and publish positive and negative ones alike; we remove only reviews that break our rules (insults, personal data, unrelated content). Guides cannot pay for, edit or hide reviews, and ratings are the plain average of all published reviews.
