About this tour
This session covers Lara Beach and the waterfall that drops into the sea nearby, ending with a wide viewpoint that takes in both. You see the sandy shoreline first, then the waterfall itself, and finally how close the two actually sit to one another. It is a longer session that covers a stretch of coast most visitors see only in parts.
I begin with a sound check on the sand, then we move toward the clifftop while you ask questions about the coastline. I slow down at the waterfall since the drop is easy to underestimate from photographs. Afterwards I send a short note connecting the two stops.
This suits anyone who assumes this end of the city is only about sand. It also suits a traveller comparing Lara with Konyaaltı before choosing where to spend an afternoon.
