About this tour
This session is an evening food walk through Trastevere, the cobbled district across the Tiber known for its trattorias and nightlife. You see supplì and pizza al taglio at a counter, cacio e pepe made in a trattoria kitchen, and a four-hundred-year-old wine cellar, before finishing among the neighbourhood's hidden piazzas. The route favours small, quiet corners over the busiest streets.
The call opens with a sound check, then moves stop by stop through the evening, pausing at each kitchen or cellar for your questions. A short list of the dishes and addresses shown follows by message.
This suits anyone who plans a trip around food and quiet streets rather than the main sights, or misses a Roman evening.
Included
- Live video session with a local guide
- A close look at the dishes and where locals buy them
- A short list of places and dishes to try later
Not included
- Food and drinks shown on camera

How reviews work
Only travellers who booked and paid through Locals Guide and whose tour took place can leave a review, within 60 days of the tour. Every review is marked "Verified booking". We check reviews before they appear and publish positive and negative ones alike; we remove only reviews that break our rules (insults, personal data, unrelated content). Guides cannot pay for, edit or hide reviews, and ratings are the plain average of all published reviews.
