I have worked on and off in hospitality along Monciak for twenty years, so I know the Grand Hotel and the bars around it better than most guides my age. On camera I like to slow down at the hotel facade and let a story land properly before moving on, rather than rushing through a list of names. In the evening call I sit at SPATiF's door because half the atmosphere of that bar is in the doorway itself. I keep both sessions a little theatrical, since Sopot has always had a taste for performance.
