Triana at night looks nothing like Triana at ten in the morning, and I built my tours around that difference after years of closing up a bar on that same street. I like showing the neon and the doorways once the shutters come up rather than the shop windows everyone photographs by day. On a call I keep my phone steady and let the street noise do some of the talking, because a plaza mid carnival sounds like nothing else. I answer fast and I like a quick back and forth more than a long monologue, which suits how most people watch from their phones too.
