Sighnaghi calls itself the city of love because of its all-night wedding registry office, and half my video calls end up with someone asking about it out of curiosity rather than any plan to marry. I grew up on one of the lanes just inside the old walls, so I know which balconies catch the evening light best for filming. On camera I keep things fairly quick and to the point, since I find people prefer a few sharp details over a long guided monologue. I always leave room at the end for whatever the town's odder facts made them want to ask.
