I have lived just below the Church on the Hill for most of my life, and I still enjoy explaining the old German-language gravestones in the cemetery around it, left by the Saxon community that built much of this citadel. On camera I start on the main square among the pastel merchant houses before climbing to the church itself. I keep a brief, practical pace and take questions as we go rather than saving them for the end. Video suits a hilltop citadel well, since the climb itself becomes part of the session rather than something to rush past.
