I worked evenings at a café on the Bulevar before I started guiding, so I know exactly which hour the street changes mood from a normal road into something closer to a promenade. On camera I like showing that shift once the day's visitors have mostly gone home. My other session moves through what the old town actually cooks, from grill terraces by the river to a coppersmith who still shapes the small pots used for coffee here. I explain the food side in real detail, since I trained briefly as a cook before guiding, and I enjoy the questions that come with it.
