I worked at the Carlsberg brewery site for a decade before it became the mixed neighbourhood it is today, so I still know the old buildings better than most newer residents around them. On camera I walk the former brewery grounds, pointing out the elephant-topped gate and a few industrial buildings now repurposed for other uses. I explain how the district shifted from a working brewery to housing and offices within about fifteen years. I keep my sessions grounded in what is actually still visible rather than demolished. Video guiding suits an industrial site well, since the camera shows scale better than description alone.
