About Andreas
I am a Cypriot tourist guide licensed by the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, and I have been guiding in the Paphos district since 2004, after twenty years as a primary school teacher in Polis. Paphos is a small town with a very large past. The floor mosaics in the Roman villas of Kato Paphos are among the finest in the Mediterranean, and the Tombs of the Kings, cut into the rock by the sea, belonged to the Hellenistic elite, not to kings. I explain these sites in the order they were built, which makes them far easier to understand. I speak Russian because many of our winter visitors do. I am punctual, and I kindly ask guests to be the same. From Paphos, I now guide on live video with my phone, and the chat stays open for your questions the whole time.
