I have tended bar along the old harbourfront for years, so I know exactly which terrace catches the last of the evening light. On camera I walk the strip after dark, showing the lit-up Koules Fortress across the water and the bars filling in behind me, and I explain how a fairly quiet fishing harbour turns into one of the busiest evening walks in the city. I point the phone toward the water often, since the reflections of the lights are half the reason people come down here at night. I keep the mood relaxed rather than loud, even after sunset.
