Anna Fiorentino

I grew up in Marina Grande, in a family that still keeps a small fishing boat there, so Piazza Tasso and the ravine behind it are streets I have walked my whole life rather than places I studied for the job. On camera I like standing where the square opens onto the Vallone dei Mulini, since the drop into the old mill ruins surprises most people who only expect shops and cafes. Down at the marina I hold the phone low along the boats, because the pastel houses photograph well but the working harbour underneath them is the part I actually want people to see.
