Butte-aux-Cailles still feels like a village that Paris grew around rather than through, and I like showing viewers a corner of the city most guides skip entirely. I have lived in the neighbourhood for years and worked in one of its bars before guiding became my main work. On camera I keep a relaxed pace through the narrow streets and murals. I reply fast and prefer short answers over long ones. French and English both work for my calls, and I know every mural's story by heart.
