I studied local history before guiding, so the painted facades in the old town's squares rarely run out of detail for me even after repeated sessions. On camera I walk between the frescoed buildings on the south bank of the Reuss, explaining what each painted scene actually depicts. I point out how differently painted this side of the river is compared with the plainer buildings across it. I keep a detailed pace and welcome long strings of questions about the murals.
