Bernd Kellner

I have worked as a waiter in traditional Viennese coffee houses for most of my career, so I know the etiquette and history of Kaffeehaus culture from the inside. On camera I stay at the doorway of Café Central, describing the marble columns and the writers who once used it as an office rather than just a cafe. I keep my sessions focused on the culture itself rather than any single building. I answer questions on Viennese coffee house etiquette throughout, since that is genuinely my area.
