I have worked evenings in the Kaneo fishing quarter for years, first at a small bar and now as a guide, so I know exactly which hour the quarter shifts from quiet fishing boats to a busier evening scene. On camera I show that shift as it happens, and I also run a separate session looking closely at craft, from the carved furniture inside an old merchant's house to the exterior stonework of the town's Byzantine cathedral. I keep my evening session relaxed and my craft session more detailed, depending on what someone is looking for.
