Bogdan Sabou

I have guided trips to Turda Salt Mine for over a decade, and I still find it strange explaining an old industrial mine that has become an underground amusement park with its own small lake and a slowly turning ferris wheel far beneath the surface. On camera I try to show the scale of the caverns first before moving closer to the structures built inside them. I also run a shorter session on the National Theatre and Opera, a shared stage hosting both companies since 1906. I keep a warm, easy pace and welcome questions about how a working mine became one of Transylvania's stranger attractions.
