I have worked around Cardiff Market for years and I still think Welsh cakes taste better straight off a griddle than anywhere else in the city. On camera I like to let a stallholder's hands do most of the talking rather than describing everything myself. I also run a later session on Chippy Lane, a street that only really makes sense once you have seen it at the exact moment the pubs close.
