The Victorian Market is where I spend most of my working week, since I grew up around my family's stall there and know most of the traders still working inside it. On camera I try to hold on the arcade's glass roof and ironwork as much as the stalls themselves, since the building is worth explaining in its own right. I trained in hospitality before guiding, which helps when people ask me about the food side of things. Video sessions here work well because the covered arcade means the light stays consistent whatever the weather's doing outside.
