I have lived near Sint-Michielsbrug for most of my life, and I still think the view from the bridge is the best introduction anyone can get to Ghent. My other session covers the city's food traditions, waterzooi and the local stew, explained through the markets and kitchens that keep them going rather than through a restaurant meal. I like sessions that mix a clear view or a good story with plenty of room for questions. My style is warm and a little chatty, and I enjoy following a tangent if something catches your interest.
