I am still building my experience, but I know Les Halles market well enough to guide it confidently even during a busy Saturday rush. On camera I keep close to the stalls rather than filming from a distance, since the produce and the vertical garden wall outside are what make the market worth seeing. My commentary stays brief and practical, and I let the market speak for itself most of the time. I am honest when I do not know something rather than guessing at an answer.
