I moved into a converted factory loft in the western district a few years ago, drawn by how differently the area feels from the postcard old town across the river. On camera I show the old industrial buildings turned into galleries, bars and design studios, and explain what each site used to manufacture before the area changed. I studied urban planning, which comes up naturally whenever guests ask how a district reinvents itself this completely. I keep my pace relaxed and enjoy questions about the area's industrial past.
