Dóra Farkas

I worked as a curator at the Zsolnay Cultural Quarter before moving my sessions onto video, and I still think the restored factory buildings deserve more attention than the porcelain alone gets. I show the workshops and museum spaces built into the old factory, then walk visitors through the Csontváry Museum, devoted to a painter whose work went largely unrecognised while he was alive. I keep a careful, unhurried pace on both sessions and welcome detailed questions about either the ceramics or the paintings.
