I worked summers as a guide inside Perama Cave before moving to video sessions, so I know the chamber layout well enough to explain it without notes, even in low light. On camera I keep the phone steady on the formations, pointing out the ones that took the longest to form. I also cover the region's pies, a food I grew up making with my grandmother, explaining the different fillings and doughs used across Epirus. I keep sessions relaxed and enjoy questions about both the cave's geology and the local food equally.
