I have worked around Kutaisi's Green Bazaar since I was a teenager helping at a family stall, so I know exactly which corner has the best sulguni cheese on any given morning. On camera I like to move slowly between stalls and let the market's own noise and colour come through rather than talking over it constantly. In the evenings I switch to the chain bridges instead, where the city's mood changes completely once the lights come on over the river. I keep both sessions relaxed and answer whatever questions come up about the food or the place itself.
