Elena Costa

I trained as a historian with a focus on how Trieste's cathedral was formed by joining two much older churches together, so San Giusto is where most of my filming happens. My other session climbs the hill to the castle beside it, built first by Venice and later expanded under Austrian rule, for a view over the port below. I like explaining how the two buildings on the same hill tell very different stories about who controlled the city. I keep a formal, detailed pace throughout.
