I grew up three streets from the Morosini Fountain and still count the four stone lions out of habit whenever I pass. On camera I start close on the worn stone so you see how many centuries of hands and weather it has taken, then pull back slowly until the whole square opens around it. Agios Titos sits just behind, and I like explaining how one building carried Byzantine, Venetian and Ottoman changes without losing its original shape. I keep my calls unrushed, since a square like this rewards a slow look far more than a quick pass through it.
