I have worked in bars around The Hayes for years, so I know exactly how the street changes between a Tuesday afternoon and a Friday night. On camera I like showing that shift directly, filming the same street as it fills up rather than only describing it. I also run a call-only session on the city's wider nightlife history, since not every story needs a live location to tell properly. I keep things relaxed and a little informal, more like a conversation with a regular than a formal tour.
