Elira Shehu

I trained as an architect before guiding, and Tirana's mix of old and new buildings is what still interests me most about this city. On camera I like pairing a converted museum shaped like a pyramid with the large mosaic mural nearby, since both say something different about how the city has presented itself at different points. My other session is shorter and lighter, showing the former restricted district as it fills with people once the evening properly begins. I keep both sessions detailed but relaxed, and I enjoy the questions that come once people notice how much the city has changed in a short time.
