I worked mornings at the market for years before I started guiding, so I still know most of the stallholders well enough to put them on camera without asking twice. On a call I try to let the sounds of a working market come through rather than talking over them, the crates, the calling out of prices, all of it. I plan sessions around the quieter early hours rather than the busy midday rush. Viewers often ask about the food itself, and I am always glad to point a camera at something worth naming properly.
