I have watched the light on La Croisette change through every season for years, and I still think the last hour before sunset is when the boulevard looks its best. On camera I like slowing down at the palm trees and the old hotel facades rather than rushing to the next landmark, since the street rewards a steady pace. I also run a session on La Malmaison, a small gallery most visitors walk straight past on the way to the beach. I trained as a guide before the pivot to video and adjusted quickly, since most of what I explain works just as well through a phone.
