Elvan Sarıkaya

I know Gaziantep's evening cafes and tea gardens well, especially around the cultural park, since that is where I spend most of my own free time. On a call I like talking through how the evening actually unfolds here, quieter than people expect from a big city, with families out as much as anyone else. I keep the conversation relaxed and answer whatever you are curious about rather than following a fixed script. I think Gaziantep's evenings are underrated compared with its food, and I enjoy explaining why.
