I worked a cheese stall in the Kleinmarkthalle for two summers before I started guiding, so I still know several vendors by name and which stalls have run the longest. My sessions move between rows of produce, sausages and cheese, and I explain what makes the hall different from a regular supermarket without ever promising a taste through the camera. I like keeping the pace close to how a local would actually shop, unhurried but purposeful, rather than treating it as a quick photo stop.
