I run a small stall inside Kızlarağası Han, so guiding is something I do around my actual work rather than instead of it. I know exactly which shopkeepers have been there the longest and which cafes inside the courtyard make the best coffee, since I have tried most of them myself. On camera I like walking straight into the courtyard first, before explaining the building's history, so viewers see it as a working space rather than a museum piece. I answer questions about the shops as honestly as I can, including the ones I would not personally recommend.
