I have worked in restaurants around Mariacka Street for years, so my sessions there usually mix a bit of serving history with the food itself, especially rolada with dumplings and red cabbage, the dish most associated with this region. I like explaining how Silesian cooking differs from the rest of Poland, since the regional identity here runs deeper than most visitors expect. In the evening the same street turns into the city's main nightlife strip, and I sometimes run a later session showing that side too. Talking through the food and the street on camera works better than I expected once I got used to it.
