Federica Villa

I grew up in Monti before it became known for its independent shops, so I still remember it as a quieter, more local corner of the centre. On camera I walk the same streets I did as a child, pointing out which shops are new arrivals and which have been there for decades. On a call I like talking through supplì and carciofi from my own kitchen instead, since cooking is what I actually trained in before guiding became my main work, and I can answer questions on technique far better standing at a stove.
