I run a small bakery in the New Town, just north of the more crowded Old Town, and my sessions usually mix the quieter streets here with a look at what is actually being baked that morning. I like explaining why the New Town, despite the name, is almost as old as its neighbour, just less visited by people short on time. I also cover a few of the area's churches, since their interiors survived the war better than most of the surrounding streets. Video works well here because the New Town rewards an unhurried, quieter look rather than a rushed pass.
