I have worked evening shifts at Hirschgarten's beer garden for years, so I know the deer enclosure and the long wooden tables better than most locals ever will. On camera I show the deer first, since most visitors are surprised a beer garden this size shares its grounds with a small herd, then move to the tables to explain the self-service tradition. My second session covers the same garden earlier in the day, when it is quieter and easier to explain the brewing behind what is poured. I keep an easy, friendly pace suited to an afternoon outdoors.
