About Francesca
I studied sculpture, so Fonte Gaia at the top of Piazza del Campo gets close attention in my sessions, camera on the carved panels that are actually careful copies protecting the fragile originals elsewhere. I also cover the Loggia della Mercanzia nearby, explaining what a merchants' loggia was actually used for in medieval Siena. My sessions move slowly between the two, since both reward a proper look rather than a quick pass. I keep my explanations specific rather than general.
