I have worked around the new bazaar for years, first helping at a family stall and now guiding instead. On camera I follow what the market stalls actually sell, from produce to the restaurants that line the streets around it. My other session stays in the main square, looking closely at how it was redesigned and at the old clock tower most visitors climb without knowing much about it first. I know the market vendors personally, so I can usually get them to explain their own produce on camera, and I keep both sessions practical and detailed.
