Grigoris Pallis

I have worked with several small wineries and souma producers around the island for years, which is why I run a short planning call for anyone wanting to taste properly without wasting an afternoon on the wrong stops. On camera I also walk sections of the Old Town's fortified walls, since I think they get overlooked compared to the streets inside them. I try to show the scale of the defences properly rather than just filming a gate in passing. I keep my calls practical and my walks unhurried.
