About Hannah
I grew up in Harrogate, came to Paris in 2012 for a six-month internship at a wine importer and am still here. I retrained as a sommelier at the Université du Vin in Suze-la-Rousse and worked the floor at two restaurants in the 11th before I started guiding. My French is fluent but I still sound English, and my French friends make sure I know it. Everything I do is now live on video: I walk Paris with my phone, and you can ask me anything as we go.

How reviews work
Only travellers who booked and paid through Locals Guide and whose tour took place can leave a review, within 60 days of the tour. Every review is marked "Verified booking". We check reviews before they appear and publish positive and negative ones alike; we remove only reviews that break our rules (insults, personal data, unrelated content). Guides cannot pay for, edit or hide reviews, and ratings are the plain average of all published reviews.
