I have sold at the Guimarães market on weekends since I was a teenager, so I know most of the stallholders by name. On camera I move between the produce stalls and the sweet shops, since this city has its own version of toucinho do céu that few visitors know about. I let the sellers speak for themselves rather than narrating over them, and I ask the questions I would actually want answered myself. The market changes with the seasons, and I try to show whatever is genuinely good that week rather than a fixed list. I keep my phone close to the counters so you can actually see the produce.
