I have worked behind a bar on Rua 25 de Abril for most of my adult life, so I know exactly which doorway gets busy first each evening and which stays quiet until later. On camera I walk the street as it fills up, pointing out which bars have kept the same owners for years and which changed recently. On a call I skip the walk entirely and just answer whatever you are deciding between, since some people want a straight read on timing rather than a tour of the whole street. Seven years of guiding has taught me most questions come down to exactly that.
