Rue Mouffetard has run as a market street for centuries, and the stalls still open in roughly the same order they always have. I trained in hospitality before guiding became my main work, which is where my interest in the street's food history comes from. On camera I move slowly between stalls, pointing out which ones have stayed in the same family for generations. French and English both work for my calls. I answer questions about specific ingredients and dishes happily, and I keep a warm, unhurried pace throughout.
