Ivan Dimitrov

I grew up in the streets under Tsarevets, so the fortress has never felt like a monument to me, more like the hill I climbed as a child to watch the summer light show from Sveta Gora. On camera I like to hold on Baldwin's Tower a little longer than most guides do, since the story of an emperor held prisoner there rarely gets the attention it deserves. I trained as a history teacher before turning to video sessions full time, which shows in how much I enjoy a good question mid session. I keep my pace slow enough that viewers can actually read the stonework.
