I have lived in Malá Strana my whole life, so I know its quiet lanes better than any guidebook could describe them. My sessions move through the Baroque quarter below the castle, past the embassies and quiet courtyards most visitors walk straight past on their way somewhere else. I keep a steady, practical pace and like slowing down at a detail a quick pass would miss. I am happy to answer questions about the neighbourhood as we go rather than saving them for the end.
