I worked at the Museum of Vojvodina for six years before guiding on camera, and I still think the synagogue on Jevrejska Street is the most overlooked building in the city. I show its Moorish Revival facade and explain how it now works as a concert hall rather than a place of worship. On video I keep a museum guide's pace, pausing on details most people would otherwise walk straight past. I welcome long strings of questions about a building's history and answer them as thoroughly as I can.
