I worked in a bakery here for years before guiding, so the city's spiced biscuit recipe still feels more familiar to me than most of its monuments. On camera I show the ovens and the old recipe cards kept behind the counter, then walk along the river to where the country's tallest building rises above the pharmaceutical campus nearby. I explain how differently these two stops represent the city's older and newer identities. I keep my pace relaxed and enjoy questions about either side equally.
